COVID-19 & Emotional Well-Being —> Presentations and Training (Offered In-Person and Virtually)

☑️ Presentations and Training for Managers and Corporate Leaders

In these unprecedented times, are you asking yourself how you continue to adapt and even thrive during and post COVID-19? Many companies continue to struggle to find their way through, so it is more essential than ever to identify and implement the right guidance.

My targeted services and trainings focus in on dynamic employee engagement and productivity, building resilience, and effective communication at all levels with the results being that your organization can thrive and embrace the new “normal” moving forward.

  • Working with employees to ensure that they are able to maintain an emotionally healthy work/life balance

  • Team building and cohesion for employees working from home, the office or both who may be feeling disconnected because of an unpredictable work environment

  • How manage employees working remotely with reduced supervision and guidance

  • Equipping employees to more easily manage uncertain times

  • Addressing the “elephant” in the room when a co-worker tests positive for COVID-19 and dealing with the COVID-19 “stigma”

  • Setting and maintaining reasonable goals and expectations in light of COVID-19

☑️ Presentations and Training for Employees

Prior to COVID-19, productivity and stress management were already key factors in economic loss for corporations. With COVID-19, there are now a whole new set of challenges for employees, including managing the inherent stress, fear, doubt, financial uncertainty, feeling disconnected, and managing mental health. My goal is to help your employees thrive in the new “normal.”

Some common challenges that I will help your employees navigate are:

  • Managing home issues and stress and not let them affect your work negatively

  • Never turning off or unplugging with work at home while learning how to manage distractions and stay motivated

  • Integrating and mastering technology issues and organizational learning

  • Focusing on productivity to accomplish some of your best work at home

  • Exacerbating underlying stress and mental health issues due to isolation, fear and uncertainty

  • Managing COVID-19 “stigma”

☑️ My Inspiring and Motivating Story About My Battle and Recovery From COVID-19

Like most of your employees, I have been living in fear since the COVID-19 pandemic started, doing everything I could to be cautious and protect myself and my family. I followed all of the recommendations, I was completely isolated then didn’t go out unnecessarily, wiping items down, hand washing, distancing, Amazon ordering, curbside pickups and more. Despite my best efforts and constant worrying, this past summer I tested positive for COVID-19 and completely recovered within a month.

I will share…

  • Worst fears after months of worry becoming reality

  • How my mental health took a dive and how I successfully managed it in the face of guilt and overthinking

  • Managing the virus, what it’s like

  • Recovery stigma and the COVID-19 “cooties”

  • Difference of opinion with my spouse about COVID-19 precautions and how it affected our relationship
